Ayotunde Oni is an award-winning worship-leader, singer, songwriter, music producer and gospel recording Artist. She was born and raised in a Baptist home in the city of Ibadan, Nigeria. Ayo, as popularly called by friends and family had been a passionate lover of music and a talented singer right from her childhood. She gave her life to Christ over two decades ago and grew up singing hymns with her family. She is committed to being a devoted chorister at every Christian gathering she finds herself. Her leadership ability is outstanding. Ayo was the assistant choir coordinator at her university campus fellowship for about three tenures until she graduated. Apart from campus’ activities, she was also part of the music department of her home Pentecostal church. She successfully went through all the different levels of promotions in the music ministry of the church. She is probably taking after her dad who actively served as a chorister in a Nigeria Baptist Church for about forty (40) years.

Ayo Oni is a gift to the body of Christ. Her service, sacrifices, willingness and faithfulness to the work of God over the years cannot be overlooked. She had been privileged to minister in religious, formal and social gatherings. She desires that everyone has a relationship with God because God is real. She desires that everyone has a heart of worship and gratitude to God. She desires to reach out to the world through songs that every lost soul might come to the knowledge of God and be saved. No wonder God is giving her songs to write and sing so that nations of the earth might be blessed. Her debut album ‘NO ONE ELSE’, singles; “THE TRANSFORMED YOU’, “I HAVE A FATHER” and “GOD NEVER FAILS” are drawing national and international accolades. As a result, her debut album and her other songs have been nominated for many awards. Following the release of her new single titled “HE HAS MADE ME GLAD”, in January, 2026, Ayo had returned with another brand new gospel song of praise titled “JESU”, released in her birth month – May, 2026. This song takes a new dimension and is so special to her, being the first time ever that Ayo will be releasing an original recording with some bits of her native language (Yoruba). “JESU” is the Yoruba expression of JESUS. “JESU” is a song of praise, worship and an invitation to listeners to come and experience Jesus and all the great and mighty things that He is and He has done. It is also a testimony of God’s goodness. Ayo is a very dynamic, self-motivated, highly optimistic, vibrant and multi-talented lady. Her spirit of excellence had made her successful in her different endeavours. She is a Food scientist by profession, a singer, songwriter and music producer by passion. She had her Bachelor of Science in Food Science and Technology from the Federal University of Agriculture, Abeokuta in Ogun State, Nigeria. She also got her Master of Science in Food Innovation and Market from the Swedish University of Agricultural Sciences, Sweden, with many certifications and professional development programs to her credit in Canada. In addition to her academic pursuit, Ayo is a professional fashion designer and homemaker. She is married and her family is blessed with three wonderful children; Mercy, Gloria and Peace.
